How to Use TradingView Screener

Now let's talk about how to use the TradingView scanner to help you scan for trading setups.

Go down to the bottom left of the screen and you can see this down arrow beside Stock Screener.

You can select t he markets that you want to scan.

It could be crypto, Forex or stock markets.

So let's say we go with a Stock Screener.

And this tab will pop up.

So when you want to scan for stocks, you’ll go to Filter over here:

Click on it.

You can filter stocks according to whatever parameters are available.

It could be by a Descriptive parameter or just stocks in the Nasdaq 100 or industry, etc.

You can screen it according to fundamentals, asset, debt, EPS (earnings per share) etc.

You can scan it based on technical, it's possible as well.

Let’s say we look for 52-week high.

And you just close the filter and you’ll see that this stock VRSK is currently meeting our scanning requirements.

So this is the stock screener.

If you want Forex, it's possible as well.

Just click Forex markets and then go to the Filter (the blue button) at the right.

You can filter by a Descriptive filter or a Technical filter.

Have a look at the screener and see if it does make your trading life easier when you're looking for trading setups.
